Can i use your devices over my makeup?
We do not recommend to use any makeup whenever using our devices. Makeup will leave residue and dirt inside the machines, which can then be transmitted back onto your skin and into your pores. The machines are also most effective without makeup.

Can I apply cream and/or serum before I use the device?
Creams and serums should be applied after using the devices (depending on which device you have bought. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at info@luxumius.com). It recommended not to get any moisture inside the device.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my device?
Devices eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange must contact customer support within 30 days of the order. We will always do everything possible to make you happy. Yet, returns are not valid if customer has used the item for a period of time.

If my device isn’t working how do I get a replacement?
We offer extended warranty on all of our devices & products. Sales and promotional items are not eligible for warranty nor returns & exchanges.

Can I return my device if I purchased it online?

  • Product must be returned within 7 business days from the date they were received.
