WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOM OR DUTY FEES ON MY ORDER?
Orders made outside the EU, Australia or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. LUXUMIUS has no control over custom charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for most products to deliver to your doorstep. Selected products require only 5-12 days, other products might require 2-4 weeks. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-10 working days. We do everything we can to deliver your package as fast as possible. 

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an confirmation e-mail once your order is confirmed. When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

If you are unable to place an order, kindly do the following:

LUXUMIUS will never store any credit card details. We have security processes in place to protect your security. Online payments will be charged to your credit card when you submit your purchase. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

You always have the right to return your product if arrived faulty from shipment damage or manufacturing malfunction, as well as products that arrive after four or more weeks. If product is deemed faulty or more than four weeks until arrival, we will inquire a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-5 days after deemed eligible. If not eligible, allow four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund within 1-5 days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WARRANTY

LUXUMIUS warrants selected devices for a specified amount of time. Warranty does not apply to play range. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect and notify LUXUMIUS during the warranty period, LUXUMIUS will, at replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by detailed evidence of the faulty product and the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 2-year warranty coverage. Items sold under promotions are not entitled to warranty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless specifically listed with a money back guarantee.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luxumius.com and send your item to: Ektorpsvägen 11 Stockholm SE 11623.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
